Maureen Harte, MT(ASCP)
Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Maureen’s passion is to educate people at all organizational levels on the power of Lean Six Sigma. Very importantly, this education includes the knowledge that robust and sustainable process improvement does not require months of time, endless resources, or high-level engineering and statistical knowledge.
In addition to training and mentoring customers through Lean implementations and Six Sigma transformations, Maureen has extensive experience designing and delivering effective process improvement and change management workshops and training sessions to a global clientele. She was one of two founding members of the Value Marketing department at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (a Johnson & Johnson Company), where she developed value tools and models that remain successfully in use at the company today.
Maureen firmly believes that data speaks volumes and has devoted greater than ten years of her career to working with clients to identify, collect and analyze key organizational data, allowing them to move forward in improving outcomes, achieving goals, and serving customers at the highest levels.
