Vanessa Hawrylak

Bio: Vanessa Hawrylak serves as Technical Support Specialist at Visiun, with an expertise in laboratory compliance and system data analysis.As a clinical laboratory scientist, she has performed in senior roles for the quality team at the University of Miami Department of Pathology, working closely with colleagues to enable efficient coordination and implementation of improvement processes, earning the department awards for quality. Hawrylak has been a volunteer inspector for CAP, earning her inspector excellence awards in 2014 and 2015. She also served as a consultant in small- to medium-size laboratories to help them stay in compliance and focused on patient safety.Hawrylak has a Bachelor of Science degree in medical laboratory science from the University of Central Florida at Orlando, and a Master of Science degree in biomedical informatics from the Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
