Bio: Sonny Varadan, MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP) is an accomplished information services leader with a passion for innovation and agility. He is a highly creative, organized and analytical executive with proven capabilities in Information Technology led laboratory strategy. Key skills include strategic planning, organizational design, innovative thinking, operations management, performance audits and project management.

Mr. Varadan possesses a strong software design and development background in healthcare application development & infrastructure environments. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for Sonora Quest Laboratories, and has held senior IT positions including Chief Information Officer at both Providence Health Care, and PAML, which was the largest network of outreach clinical laboratories in the United States. As a Senior IT Management Consultant for Nichols Management Group, Sonny has also worked with several major health systems and leading laboratories across the nation.

Viewed as an industry key opinion leader in strategic IT development, he has broad based experience with passion around consumerism, physician & payor experience, and applied data analytics.
