Nicole Muenchow

Bio: Nicole Muenchow earned her B.S. in Biology from Carroll University. She began her career with Versiti Diagnostic Laboratories in 2011 as a Technologist performing high complexity testing in the Platelet and Neutrophil Immunology Lab. Nicole participated in numerous lean events and process improvements, and found success in technical and operational excellence in her role as Team Leader in the lab. In her current role as the Supervisor of the DNA Core Laboratory and Clinical Trials & Cellular Therapies, Nicole oversees the daily operations of high volume and high throughput processes. She motivates team members to make continuous improvement part of their daily culture by encouraging them to “find a better way.”
