Jennifer Ord

Bio: Jennifer Ord is the System Quality Director for Sonora Quest Laboratories, LLC (SQL), a joint venture between Quest Diagnostics (a Fortune 500 company) and Banner Health (the largest non-secular health delivery system in the U.S.) and for Laboratory Sciences of Arizona, LLC. As an experienced laboratory professional known for her commitment to operational excellence, Jennifer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the quality management strategy for 40 Commercial and Hospital laboratories across 6 states. Jennifer began her career as a Medical Laboratory Scientist with the United States Air Force serving in Texas, Washington D.C., and Colorado. Her 17 years of experience have included holding positions as a Quality Informaticist, Laboratory Manager, and Laboratory Director within Hospital environments.
