Jane Kopley

Bio: Jane Kopley received a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Policy and Management from Seton Hall University. In addition to exhibiting academic excellence, she is a registered Medical Technologist, a Specialist in Chemistry (ASCP), and a CAP inspector. With several decades as a professional laboratorian, Kopley brought her vast hospital experiences from the bench to manager and then to the corporate world where project management tools are part of everyday life. Working with dedicated teams on lengthy installation projects in the lab automation arena, she offers insights and strategies to those contemplating the introduction of a large project with a goal to go live on time and on budget.

Kopley is currently employed at Ortho Clinical Diagnostic as a Lab Automation Installation Specialist and Technical Education Specialist. She has extensive experience in project management both as an installation specialist and technical writer.
