Diane Hoover
Bio: Diane Hoover is a Project Manager with Abbott Laboratories where she oversees Lean workflow projects for the hospital and blood center facilities. She also performs Lean Six Sigma consulting, project management, and workflow design. She has been with Abbott for seven years.
Prior to joining Abbott, she was in laboratory management at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. At the medical center, Hoover supervised the core laboratory, specimen processing, and infectious testing. She also oversaw donor and diagnostic testing, gift of life donor testing, and NAT testing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and an M.B.A, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
