David Michaelsen

Bio: David Michaelsen is General Manager of Toxicology at PAML, overseeing both clinical and forensic toxicology. His responsibilities include oversight of analytical operations, marketing strategies, contract procurement, work flow and system analysis, cost efficiencies, and day-today management. He is also the RP for this SAMHSA-certified laboratory.

Ensuring that the highest standards for scientific integrity are maintained for a drug abuse testing program is his primary goal. He has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Eastern Washington University, a Criminal Justice degree from Washington State University and a master’s degree in Forensic Chemistry from Northeastern University.
