Ammon Ence
Bio: Ammon Ence has a B.S. degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He currently works at ARUP Laboratories, in Salt Lake City as an Industrial Engineer where he modifies, adapts and implements Lean principles from the manufacturing environment to the laboratory environment.
His main responsibilities include training, facilitating and consulting with laboratory personnel in Lean improvement methods. In addition, Ammon gives presentations on project successes, and helps develop new laboratory layouts to increase testing efficiency and reduce waste.
