Amanda Wright

Bio: Amanda Wright has over 15 years experience in the laboratory. For the past 6 years she has been the Quality Management Specialist for ProMedica Laboratories. During this time she has managed the laboratories Quality Manual, ISO 15189 accreditation, and quality data for the 10 hospital system. In addition to her quality responsibilities, Amanda also works side by side with process engineers and utilization to facilitate and obtain analytics for Kaizen and daily management projects. Key accomplishments include facilitating a blood management team which led to $1.8million savings in blood spend as well as being the 2015 Inventor of the Year for developing the Laboratory Assured Compliance Application.
