Adam Walter

Bio: Adam Walter is the Director of Vision24 Solutions for Leica Biosystems. He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Certified Lean Agent. Walter has worked in the diagnostics industry for the past 16 years, focused primarily on anatomic pathology, molecular diagnostics, microbiology, and automation and informatics. He specializes in Lean laboratory design, Lean/Six Sigma implementation, and implementing laboratory middleware and automation.Walter has accumulated experience across the globe by consulting at over 800 different customer sites. With his guidance, his customers have achieved increased efficiency of their clinical and pathology laboratories, significant operational and performance improvements, increased test capacity, implementation of no-cost process improvements, and increased employee satisfaction.
