Hannah Poczter

Bio: Hannah Poczter is the Vice President of Core and Auxiliary Laboratories at Northwell Health, one of the largest laboratories in the New York metropolitan area. Her major areas of responsibility include total quality management of system laboratories, process integration throughout the system, managing clinical trials, and regulatory compliance. Mrs. Poczter is a relentless sponsor of Six-Sigma and Lean projects as levers of quality improvement within a broad spectrum of laboratory activities. She is a frequent lecturer and speaker on quality management at in-service seminars and at professional conferences. Poczter is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Lab Medicine at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine. She is a Diplomate (Management) of the American Association for Clinical Pathologists and holds a Master’s degree in health care management from Long Island University, New York.
