Elizabeth Mullady

Bio: Elizabeth joined Claritas Genomics in November of 2013 and has 11 years of experience in the clinical laboratory. Over the past three years Elizabeth has created, applied, and maintained Claritas’ Quality Management System. In these efforts she has implemented and led the use of new document control software, mined and created over 200 documents, enhanced and lead a strong non-conforming event management program, and created a culture of quality at Claritas Genomics. Through her efforts she has guided the company in renewing their CLIA certificate, gaining ISO 15189 accreditation, and securing licenses with Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, and is in the process of obtaining New York State. Prior to Claritas she worked for nine years at Boston Children’s Hospital in the Infectious Disease Diagnostic Laboratory as a technologist and quality lead. Elizabeth obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Marist College, and her Masters in Health Care Administration from Simmons College.
