Donald Lair, Jr.

Bio: A seasoned lab technician with a broad background in laboratory management, Don Lair has been with PCL Alverno in various leadership roles since 2005. He obtained his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan while working with a team on the blood culture Sepsityper process at PCL Alverno. Since that time, he has helped PCL Alverno achieve ISO: 15189 accreditation and successfully implemented Alverno Business Systems using daily management and problem solving to drive process improvement activities. His goal is to continue to drive the labs to work through challenges and achieve a center of excellence status in lab services.

Lair received his training at Purdue University and is certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
